ECW Parliament - 1/72...not too late Iain.

Very lovely, but no. Thank you for first refusal though.

I, of course, think you're wise. In spite of what some may tell you, too many figures, too many periods, too many scales is a thing. This is why I'm shedding units &, in this case, whole armies. The Parliamentarians are on Ebay. Hopefully some sucke....oops....connoisseur may put in a bid.

Just out of interest, which base measurements do you use for your 1:72/20mm figures - the 15mm sizes or the 25mm sizes?

25mm. ie everything has a 6cm frontage. It largely works. Perhaps the 4 figures on a base aren't as packed as you'd like but OK.
BTW I just got an email from a chap in the US, asking how much P&P would be. I've never sent my rubbish over seas before. He seems genuine. Provided the mailing cost doesn't put him off.
He's offered $150 (US dollars, I guess) + P&P.
Do you have any opinions on this amount?

$150 for that lot?
Less than a dollar per figure? I suspect he's not serious.

Plastic figures aren't valuable. I charge about $2+ a painted and based figure normally but there has to be some sort of bulk discount.
I think he's serious. He has posted on tmp flattering & admiring words about my figures for years - unlike you lot on LAWS.... who clearly have standards.
P&P is about $60 though, which will probably kill the deal. Oh well.

That would make the entire deal $210 - is that Aussie or US $? Sounds like a good deal for something he's publicly admired.

About $305 Australian dollars for the army + P&P. That's OK but there's been a silence on the Ohio end. We'll see.

I agree. That's still a steal.BaronVonWreckedoften wrote: ↑Thu Jun 30, 2022 8:03 am That would make the entire deal $210 - is that Aussie or US $? Sounds like a good deal for something he's publicly admired.
Soft plastic toys may not hold their value, but the effort of painting them certainly should.
But, if my mate Donald is happy then so am I, and congrats to the buyer - enjoy (assuming the P&P doesn't put him off).
