SYW Legion Britannique

Post by RMD »

I painted this bunch of reprobates and ne'er-do-wells back in the summer, but Wordpress has been playing up for the last month, so it's taken me this long to put a blog-post together. This is a profile for the legion's 1st, 2nd & 3rd Battalions. I'll cover the 4th & 5th Battalions, plus the massed Dragoon Squadrons next time:

Indeed. Very nice.

I used some of the uniforms as a basis for my 'Foreign Legion' brigade for Altefritzenburg...

Cheers fellas!

Re the 3rd Battalion flag: David Morfitt has atoned for his sins by immediately producing a 'proper' orange 3rd Battalion flag! :)

It's available at this Faceache link and will probably be on his blog soon:

Now I have to break it to him about the shade of 'blue' used for the 4th Battalion...

A recent study showed that being able to pick the right blue is a sign of intelligence. And decisiveness.

A good job on those figures, RMD.
If "The System" is the answer, who asked such a bloody stupid question?
