I'll bring something good together next year chaps.
Will look for venues soon and get it all booked.
Anyone interested declare it so I don't book a 70foot table for four of us.
Although Gary could fill it.

I despair of the young sometimes, no knowledge of seventies New York street gang slang. Where are all our fine traditions going I ask myself?

“Down To Kill Like A Mother Fucker”

In English that would be:
“Watch out old boy, I’m a bit cranky today and need to impress my housemaster, so don’t walk those ponies over my polo field”
I get lockdown, but I get up again.

I wish you'd asked about "GSOH" as well.

A sizzling weekend in Newark sounds inviting
I know when to go out
I know when to stay in
Get things done

As I always understood it, it was a two-part challenge - a "visiting" gang would tag a wall in enemy territory with "DTK" and if the locals accepted the challenge (and - being well brought up young chaps - why wouldn't they?) would come back with "LAMF".
