Happy with newly painted figures - it’s what I was trying to get at without overtly calling GM a jammy dodger when he rolls out that tired old Marder of his. It’s like an ageing child movie star. The Macaulay Kulkin of WW2 tank destroyers
I hope GM lent it to a guy called Michael Jackson to play with one weekend.

Come on you know that we need a 20mm historical (not WW2) category even if only Eric, Gary and myself will enter.
Or are there other 20mm aficionados who are willing to come out of the shadows.
Well, I'm in as you've kindly given me some ACW. I do want to enter the WW2 too though, especially if there's a vehicle catagory.
Do the winners, 2nd place and thirds all get trophies?
Hmmm.. I have a very nice Rubicon Sherman kit that might be fun to do. Post November 1 you say? I might have to get it out of the box and figure out what options to build.
Wargames dreams never die, they just get left in a box.
Does anyone want to meet up on zoom one evening? I do zoom for work and have started a "runners pub" for my trail running mates to stay in touch and its been good for that. Happy to schedule a session.

Argh, I've spare monies and you've gone and said that. Now I'm looking at their Jagdpanzer. Some lovely stuff coming out of Rubicon recently.
