And some more figures from Flags of War to 'finish off' the 1745 collection, no honestly.. I mean it this time..

Actually - by most standards, not large forces, but the largest I have collected in 28mm in a lot of years.. if I count the CoC platoons as separate forces.

Goodness indeed, those are possibly the most useful wargames books ever.

Ordered a bunch of custom-made acrylic tokens from Warbases - a set of five turning circles (2", 2.5", 3", 3.5" and 4") and a set of 10 "evade" (zig-zag) markers, all for Coastal Patrol.

Funnily enough, I'm in a sort of buying hiatus. I really want to finish off some stuff, and I don't feel the urge to buy anything in particular. I had a close shave with the Eureka Revolutionary War Savoyards, but then looked at the pricing... And I would have had to build some opponents as well.. And some new terrain.

So doubtless at some point I will throw caution to the winds and purchase 100 daleks or something equally bizarre.

Well you can't have the ones I put on Ebay. After languishing unloved for a few weeks somebody finally bought them.
